High Schools

Our high school programs come with a focus on leadership education and creative problem solving. Through a series of group initiatives, case-studies, leadership challenges, and problem solving scenarios we deliver programs that cut to the very core of personal development. Helping the future leaders of our world explore their interpersonal skills and communication strategy is what we do best. Our year round Leadership Training Program helps students examine their skill through many hands on opportunities. Whether working with our summer camps or facilitating groups, our high school programming propels students to achieve their fullest potential and always take leadership to the next level.

Some program topics include:
Think Tank: Creative Problem Solving models explored. Through a series of scenarios, projects, and team challenges we will utilize the various methodology in the Creative Problem Solving Process. Guaranteed to make you think outside of the box.

Leadership 101: A thorough examination of world leaders and theories. Together we will explore, dissect, and critique various global leaders in effort to create a group vision for the characteristics of leadership.

Sustainability Summit: Through hands-on exploration of environmental practices we will develop a strategy towards a truly sustainable future. The team will work together to plan and host a high school sustainability fair – an event which brings together speakers, environmentalists, eco-friendly businesses, and students in effort to educate and plan for a truly sustainable future.
